To submit information to the Migration Project date base, print out as many of the " Pedigree Chart " and " Family History Form " you need. Fill out the forms and  mail it to Dixie McCaskill. The " Pedigree Chart " may take several Pedigree Charts to complete your family's chart. Please label each chart.
