Volume I

 

The first volume was Dr. Grant’s “The MacLeods: The History of a Clan” ( currently out of print but is available at Old Dominion University Library). The book has been reprinted on CD and is available for sale, on the ACMS site www.clanmacleod.org .

 

Volume II

 

The second volume “The MacLeods: The Genealogy of a Clan” by Rev. Donald MacKinnon and Mr. Alick Morrison, was published in five sections, between 1968 and 1976. Each of these five are separate books as they were published at different times and are designated as Section One, Two, Three, Four and Five. The following are the titles for each section:

Volume III

 

Noted Scots historian, James Hunter has written a Migration volume (volume III). The book is now available and is named "Scottish Exodus: Travels Among a Worldwide Clan" ( available for sale on the ACMS web site www.clanmacleod.org ).
